Shipping and Return Policy

  • mi-Chalet boutique ONLY OFFERS EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS!  We know that ordering things online comes with uncertainty since you cannot touch the items or try anything on, so please read product descriptions carefully before ordering. If you need help choosing a size you can refer to our detailed size chart listed with the available item or contact customercare@shopmi-chaletboutique.com for further assistance.
  • Items can be returned for store credit or exchange within 10 days from the date your items are delivered.  The item must be in its original condition in order to receive an exchange or store credit.
  • The following are non-qualifying items for exchange or store credit- smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor; has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify.  Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.  Items must be in its original condition with tags attached.  
  • All Accessories and Sale Items are FINAL SALE
  • All items purchased for 50% during 12/24/19-1/1/20 are also FINAL SALE.
  • In order to exchange or receive a store credit for your purchase, please send an email to customercare@shopmi-chaletboutique.com for further instructions.
  • ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED PRIOR TO SHIPPINGHowever, If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect please email customercare@shopmi-chaletboutique.com with your order number and photo of damage within 3 days of receiving your package. Without your order number and photo of damaged item, we are unable to process your damage report. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received after you placed your order. Once we receive your information, we will process the damage report and ship you the correct item as soon as possible. In the event the item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued for other store items.
  • We ship via USPS. When your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
  • There could be delays due to holidays and weather that are beyond our control.
    • We ARE NOT responsible for packages once they are in the USPS system.
    • We ARE NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. You are responsible for entering in the correct delivery address.
    • If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address shipping charges do apply to ship your order again.
  • We are here to help, Monday-Friday.  It can take up to 24-48 hours for a response to your email. Emails left on Saturday and Sunday will be answered on the next business day.  All exchanges or store credit may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival.
